Located in the heart of Kollam, Fore House stands as a calm tropical retreat within the city center. Set on 15 cents out of a total 26-cent west-facing property, the 3,500 sq.ft residence blends modern design sensibilities with an earthy and minimal palette. The home is planned around two breathing courtyards that bring in light, air and a strong visual connection between spaces. Corridors and double-height volumes enhance this openness, creating fluid movement throughout the house.
