The house follows an open-plan concept, ensuring fluid connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large glass façades, double-height spaces, and landscaped areas contribute to a harmonious, luxurious, and serene environment.

Sit the two volumes with a shared boundary but offset entrances and buffer zones (landscaped buffer, boundary wall with planters, and a glazed pocket between houses) to reduce line-of-sight and noise transfer. Each house has a separate front approach and parking.

A sheltered driveway leads to a formal entrance lobby and guest drop-off. The lobby opens into a formal hall (for receiving), while a separate, slightly more private circulation spine leads to the family lounge and service areas.

Separate service entry for staff and deliveries leading to wet kitchen, utility, and laundry. Clear segregation keeps the formal areas uncluttered.

Discrete security at entry points, CCTV provision, and controlled access between the two properties. Use screened façades and setback windows to preserve privacy without losing daylight.

Upon entering through a grand teak wood door, the entrance lobby sets a welcoming tone with an open layout leading into the formal living room. Adjacent to this, a double-height family lounge serves as the central gathering space, visually and spatially connecting both floors.

A double-height open courtyard floods the interiors with natural light and ventilation, acting as a focal point of the home. The dry kitchen and wet kitchen are strategically planned for efficiency, with the dining area conveniently placed adjacent to the dry kitchen for ease of service.
