A dramatic central driveway leads to a covered parking area beneath a cantilevered bridge-like volume, which connects auxiliary spaces and provides a sculptural moment within the layout. The front elevation reveals a rhythm of solids and voids, suggesting well-zoned private and communal areas. Generous balconies and shaded verandas act as transitional spaces, mediating between the indoors and the tropical outdoors.The plan prioritizes cross-ventilation and visual connectivity, with large fenestrations aligning with key axes.

The residence employs a refined material palette that balances durability with aesthetic warmth. The dominant use of concrete and natural stone grounds the structure, offering permanence and resilience, while teak-toned wood cladding adds a rich, organic texture that weaves nature into the built form.
