The client envisioned a workspace that would not only support operational efficiency but also offer a progressive environment for its team. For this project, our architectural language emphasized clean lines, modular design elements and a minimalistic palette, delivering a workspace that feels agile, enduring and elegantly modern.

Spanning 7800 sq. ft., the layout accommodates 60 workstations, 7 manager cabins, 1 conference room and 2 MD cabins - thoughtfully balancing open, collaborative areas with private zones. Fluidity and movement—core to the client’s industry—are subtly echoed through custom wall patterns. Throughout the office, a carefully curated blend of natural and artificial lighting ensures visual comfort, energy efficiency and a subtle connection to the outdoors.

Sustainability was central to the design narrative. Positioned above the factory in an open area prone to high heat, the workspace incorporates PUF panel sheets for its exterior envelope, delivering superior thermal insulation and reducing energy consumption—a conscious step toward environmental responsibility.

The leadership zone includes a thoughtfully designed shared MD lounge, envisioned as a private hospitality suite for the two MDs. Designed with muted luxury and tactile warmth, it stands as a breakout zone within the workspace. The vibrant café area infuses energy into the workspace, featuring a Moroccan-inspired patterned floor that brings colour, warmth and a touch of global charm to the industrial setting. Materiality across the project reflects a deliberate interplay between industrial ruggedness and Contemporary sophistication.
