BYC - A Space Where Futures Take Shape

The client envisioned this 3600 sq. ft. space as a launchpad for students, and every element of their design was crafted to bring that vision to life. At BYC, their design philosophy centered on purposeful spatial planning—balancing adaptability, inspiration and space efficiency, all executed as a comprehensive turnkey project from concept to completion.

The workspace accommodates a 16-person workstation, thoughtfully zoned to encourage both collaborative energy and workspace privacy. 2 MD cabins serve as pivotal points for leadership, while a conference room is anchored by a custom BYC signature bookshelf, blending storage with a distinctive visual identity.

The five counselling rooms are thoughtfully designed with sound-proof walls to ensure confidentiality, with glass doors that feature profession-themed graphics to ignite goal- oriented thinking. The custom pencil-shaped wall is the creative axis of the space, with its lines flowing into integrated softboards and display shelves. A convertible training/seminar room—made flexible through sliding partitions—enables dynamic transitions between collaborative classrooms and expansive seminar spaces, while open seating areas with storage maintain both space efficiency and openness.

The door handles inspired by the BYC logo serve as subtle, tactile reminders of progress at every threshold. The pantry is designed as a vibrant café area with informal seating, creating a welcoming hub for community and connection building.

Through a harmonious blend of form, function and brand identity, the space emerges as a cohesive architectural narrative—one that inspires every student’s journey.
