Set within a dense urban neighborhood, the Residence is designed as a calm and quiet retreat amid the visual chaos of the city. Surrounded by neighboring buildings, overhead wiring, and a busy street edge, the design responds by creating layers of privacy and openness that allow the home to feel quiet and protected from the outside environment. 

One of the key design elements is the Internal courtyard, which acts as a breathing space within the house. It allows light, air, and Nature to enter the interiors while creating a peaceful moment away from the dense surroundings outside. Balconies and semi-open areas further extend the living spaces outward, offering small pockets where residents can pause and connect with the outdoors without feeling exposed to the city.

Ultimately, the Residence is designed to balance urban context with comfort and calmness. Through a restrained material palette and thoughtful spatial planning, the home becomes a quiet, functional sanctuary that responds sensitively to its urban surroundings while offering a peaceful everyday living experience for  its residents, within a busy city setting.
