Located in Kochi, Eroor house was designed for a multigenerational family including children, parents, and grandparents. Their primary requirement was that they have warm, interesting spaces both indoor and outdoor, for hosting their friends and family. The site is located in a dense locality with decent vehicular traffic on the main road, wherein they wanted the luxury of being connected to the outside, while also enjoying their privacy.

The design addresses these needs by separating the structure from the main road by means of a garden, and an outdoor Gazebo where they can host guests, or for the clients daughters to practice their dance. White the exterior volume has multiple blocks and 3 separate roofs, the interior volume is simplified, giving them a large connected common area. The house is now a favourite for friends and family alike.
