The house was to have bright spaces with an enticing and comfortable feel. Playing around arches and shapes to form a cohesive story for the entire house using the language of lines and grids with splashes of colors on a blank canvas entrusted on us. The main design intent was to have Clean and modern sensibilities with aesthetically functional spaces. To have bright living room which celebrates colors at glances with maximum light and ventilation. The rooms to be cozy and calming which gives a soothing aura. Some rooms have a calming material palette playing with neutral shades, while some have a dramatic hues of peaches and grey blue. On the other hand the children's room has refreshing and cheerful palette with play of forms. 

Entering from the arched entrance door into the foyer with coffered ceiling, it opens up to the vast space with arched doorways which is  compartmentalized into dining area wrapped by the screen around it giving a sense of privacy and statement for the house and, living area housing a swing and some seating arrangements. The oval shaped dining table is tilted making it inter connected to the kitchen. The screen allows a movement around the dining area to the other rooms and the prayer room. The rooms are placed in all four directions providing a great ventilation and light for the house.

Swathed in an impeccable white space, the green onxy allured the entrance and the kitchen.  A block of Michel- angelo stone sat as a monolith platform as powder washbasin paired with mosaic tiles from piccolo for the wall. Along with the use of natural stones and terrazzo, textures played an important role in form of fabrics for the wardrobe and custom made fluted wall paneling. The prayer room is designed in pristine crystal white marble and white texture wall having thikri work from Rajasthan with a modern and minimal floral stems with touch of brass for the door.

For a family of 10, meals were a ceremonial events, hence emphasizing on the dining area with custom made terrazzo table with a sense of privacy from the entrance lobby with a screen made of metal rods and ceramic spheres/ beads made in-house. The terrazzo table top was made with a combination of green and white marble chips in forms shaped by brass plates supported on three circular brass polished legs.
