It built in a topographically blessed location. The mountain, which continues to sag downward away from, and the villa being located at the highest point on the mountains adds to the beauty of the house.

The house is in a naturally gifted location with lots of hills and terrains. The house is located on the highest point of the hill from where we get to see beautiful sunsets from all major private areas of the house including private living, master bedroom, master bath. Hyath villa was designed and planned as the client wanted to feel they stay in a resort everyday which was successfully executed by design team.

Another distinguish feature of the house is beautifully separating the guest area from the main home by a connecting bridge as you get to enjoy a bridge walk from the main house to the guest area from you get to enjoy the beautifully landscaped surroundings as you walk through the floating bridge were the owner and guest each enjoy their privacy.
