With the aim of minimalistic glance of the residence the neutral colour palette is introduced to the exterior. Since the calming effect is approached with white and beige colour the coolness is enhanced with the plantation. it is further balanced with the warm appearance of Acacia wood in panelling along with WPC ceiling. In this manner exterior is conveying a contemporary impression complemented by sustainable touch.

The entrance lobby is defining the design concept of the house with wood being highlighting element with warm white light and artificial marble tiles enriching the landscape causing warm and welcoming impression.

Double height formal living room bringing spacious feel and comfort by inviting plenty of natural light, indoor landscape serves not only the sense of outdoor but also a visual barrier between family space and lobby. The influence of colour theme is balanced with the contrast of light colours on entire space with teal blue and veneer panelling being the attention in formal living room and finely tunes the black and white abstract painting and 3D MDF panels in informal living displaying as a feature.

Fluted glass Partition between dining and living gratifying the requirement of grand space and privacy whenever needed. Floral wall art with gradience of pink and purple portraying soothing effect in dining and carrying a partition purpose between dining and kitchen.

Bedrooms are bending towards calm ambience which is carried out with the indoor plantation which is also softening the sunlight and subdued shades which is balanced with the underlying hues in fabrics and furniture, Natural wooden floor and artificial marble tile. The rubber wood in toilets look elegant and good in resisting moisture. The mirror light and ceiling light effect in walk-in closet not only making it visually lavish but also reliable to perform various tasks.
