The project is a penthouse, located in the small town Vallab Vidhyanagar of Anand district. The site has a 3-side open field view and one side has been blocked by another residential tower of the same project.

The House is designed as a second home for an NRI family, the home needed to look inwards to maintain privacy as well as to echo the contemporary design aesthetics of its owners. The two terrace spaces were designed to entertain the guests. It was solely an interior project with minor changes in interior civil. The concept was to provide a contemporary second home that echoed the vibrancy of its owners through cheerful, colorful public spaces and to provide a feeling of serenity and calmness in the bedrooms and study areas.

As one enters the home, the invigorating playfulness is evident in the Mondrian-inspired wall adorned with origami bird lights. The same continues into the yellow passage leading to the private areas of the home while acting as a foil to the teal dining space. The two balconies provide ample ventilation and perfect sit-outs that look over the city. The fabrication at the main terrace adds to the orange and white wall through the element of sociography, creating a sense of movement and rhythm in keeping with the changing phases of the day
