It is true that most offices require similar components like cabins, cubicles, pantry, reception etc but each office has a distinctive function. The age group of employees, the work they do, office culture and traditions are all factors to be taken into account.

This office space of 3000 sq ft is an extension of Synergy's existing office and we wanted to create an inspirational space like a brand story. We established the design language in the hope that it would be a space to express synergy's sensibility and brand core values.

Color is a significant catalyst for creative exploration, which made its integration into this project a major design decision. A father wanted to give his entrepreneurial son a space for innovation. Our responsibilities, here, were more than those of a designer- we visualized this office to be a stimulating journey through various vibrant expressions. Bringing together varied design sensibilities with common values, this office is an attempt to be both contextual and distinctive.

The primary goal was to create a contemporary yet functional environment where the company could work, meet and receive clients. Through these plans, we intended to carefully put a relaxed, elegant atmosphere in the space. We hope that it will be a place where we can deliver rest and inspiration beyond providing a better working environment for workers.

In order to express the core value of freedom, each section has an organic flow and is expressed as an open space so that free communication is possible. To compensate for the shortcomings of the open-concept office, some office spaces use translucent partitions which, while guaranteeing privacy, are in harmony with the overall design.

The office design uses a neutral and minimalistic approach with a splash of color that complements each other beautifully. Whether it's the solid partitions or ornamental furniture or dramatic accent pieces, layers have been created to fashion a stunning experience of chromatic indulgence.

Upon entering the office, a minimalistic reception leads into the main workstation and then branches out to different spaces. The office has modern and elegant private office space and vibrant yet classy meeting rooms. In terms of material selection, most of the space is paved with laminates and customized with leather for tables and sofas and unique ambient lighting pieces are used throughout the project.
