Parekh House, a 3BHK residence at One Icon, Pune, is envisioned in a contemporary theme where sophistication meets comfort.

The entrance sets the tone for the home with a bold yet refined design language. Designer tiles are used as striking highlighters on the main wall, their rich texture and backlit framing creating a dramatic visual impact. To maintain harmony, the same tile design is artistically extended onto the main door, giving it a seamless, custom-crafted look.

Stepping inside, a bespoke console table becomes the first statement piece, placed against a textured wall that adds depth and character. The sculptural golden base of the console paired with curated décor elements like fresh florals, a Buddha idol, and artefacts, brings warmth and elegance to the transitional space—welcoming guests with a perfect blend of sophistication and serenity.

The living room becomes the heart of the home, defined by a dramatic marble backdrop flanked by sleek golden-trimmed glass cabinets. The seating layout breaks away from convention, with sculptural sofas and armchairs arranged to encourage interaction and fluidity. A unique highlight is the dual-facing sofa along the balcony—allowing warm discussions when turned inward, or offering the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoor view when turned outward. Playful yellow glass tables, lush greens, and abundant daylight through sheer curtains bring vibrancy to the serene palette.

Extending from here, the living room connects to a TV lounge that can be enclosed with sliding doors for privacy. When opened, both spaces merge into one expansive zone, ideal for entertaining large gatherings.

The gold accents in the furniture and lighting tie the space together with understated luxury. Adjacent to it, the open kitchen with a breakfast counter ensures seamless flow, making the area equally suited for casual family meals or formal dinners.

The upholstered bed in soft grey tones is set against a textured wall highlighted by a striking football mural—an ode to the dweller’s love for the sport. This personal touch adds vibrancy and meaning to the otherwise calm, neutral palette.

A sleek study unit is thoughtfully designed not just for function but also as a source of daily inspiration. Artefacts displayed here represent hard work, dedication, and the ladder of success—motivating the young dweller to pursue his ambitions. The mix of monochrome bedding, modern furniture, and natural light filtering through sheer drapes keeps the space both stylish and uplifting.
