Welcome to a meticulously designed house that caters to the requirements of a joint family while embracing the principles of Vastu Shastra. The double-height living room stands as a majestic anchor within the house, commanding attention with its grandeur and open design. It, showcases double-height brick fins ingeniously positioned at an angle. Serving as both sun cutters and an elevational treatment, these fins create a captivating visual impact while effectively filtering the sun's rays, allowing only the soothing morning light to permeate the interiors. As one stands in the living room, they are greeted by the serene presence of the pooja room, which serves as a spiritual haven. The graceful staircase, with its elegant flowing curves, becomes a sculptural centerpiece that effortlessly connects the different levels of the house. Additionally, the inclusion of a well-placed light shaft in the north-eastern corner above the pooja (prayer) area and dining space ensures an abundance of natural light and optimal ventilation. This meticulously designed house exemplifies a perfect balance between context, functionality, and aesthetics, offering a sanctuary that seamlessly integrates with its environment.

The Otta space of the house is a carefully crafted area that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This space is thoughtfully designed  and positioned to foster a sense of community, where neighbors can come together and engage in casual conversations and laughter. Adorned with traditional elements, such as a beautifully crafted wooden bench and  inlay work in flooring depicting local folklore, it exudes a touch of tradition that evokes a sense of heritage and belonging.

In the architectural composition, an abstract ‘Red Man’ emerges as a captivating focal point, strategically placed to amplify the significance of the entire elevation. This striking figure, devoid of realistic features, commands attention with its vibrant red hue. Perched upon the jutting out mass, the red man imparts a sense of dynamic energy, drawing the observer's gaze towards the mass.
