SAMASTA is a sample flat designed with the fusion of two stylesunited together to form a unique design. A beautiful synthesis of soft colours & serene tropical art defines the uniqueness of the resident space.

This residential space is anelegant amalgamation of pastel tints with freshstraight-lined geometry. The essence of this residence comes from the abundance of softshapes and colours, curved forms and geometric patterns which are highlighted with textures and materials.
The walkthrough with material palette:
Let’s step into this beautiful resident where the combination of Italian marble look alike tiles on the floor, oak veneer and customized metal artwork embraces us into this resident. Looking into the main space which consists of three of the spaces, i.e. living area, the family area and the dining area from right to left respectively, where the living area is highlighted with the use of pastel blue sofa which is further complimented with the use of customized wall art behind the sitting. The living room design as a whole gives a very serene tropical effect.
The customized wall art behind the console of the dining area accentuates not only the dining area but also the family area and acts as a backdrop to the swing in the family area.  The neutral colours in this open area brings out the pastel blue duco paint used in kitchen. As this project is a sample flat the designs of all the rooms have been done in such a way that appeals to everyone.
In the guest bedroom and the parents’ bedroom the rectangular designs have been balanced out by adding some circular elements. The colour palette of neutral colours used in the guest bedroom helps in highlighting the veneer finish head board.
In the kids room the combination of the playful wallpaper and pastel colours of green and pink, brings the wooden wall panelling at the study area to the fore.
Grey dyed veneer is used in the master bedroom which brings out the wooden flooring. Also the double poster bed adds character to the room.

Every project that we undertake is always challenging than the previous as we constantly strive to create spaces that are meaningful and unique. This project also had its own challenges. While designing we had to keep in  mind that this project being a sample flat, we had to keep the budget very controlled but at the same time had to design the resident in such a way that it shows luxury and caters to almost every client’s taste.

With completion of every project, we as a firm gain new knowledge, experiences, happy clients and memories that always helps us to grow and take many new and variety of projects.
