DIB Collaborative conceived it as a modest apartment with a neutral tone, simple features, and bright colour scheme throughout the apartment. A touch of classical components that enhance the required qualities and the spatial perceptions are added to this neutral, minimalistic, and simplified backdrop to add some character. Here, the apartment's components, subdued colours, and theme are intelligently used to distinguish it which results into a beautiful setting that was light, open, and quiet.

The 1100 square foot house shines with light. Large windows, light-coloured carpeting, and a neutral colour scheme all contribute to the room's airy openness. The interior of the house has been tastefully decorated, with classics, contemporary furniture, and works of art blending into a subtle harmony.

The living area is sparse and entirely quiet. The interaction of textures gives the room a clear sense. The white marble and mahogany TV wall give the room vertical dimension. The couch tapestries are made with contrast hues and easy patterns to provide variety and vibrancy to the ambience. The seating arrangement can be centralised with a decent tea-poi. The larger openings in the area give it more brightness and spaciousness. Overlays with a classically styled pattern are used to address the backdrop wall.

The kitchen doesn’t see a dominating use of artificial lights. Hence, a few minimal statement ceiling lights adorn the space. Thanks to the massive windows, an abundance of natural light and views of the landscape outside, merge into the interiors of the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. The kitchen optimises all the available wall area. The use of pink, granular granite, with white backsplash, against the pastel blue hues of the kitchen cabinets makes the space seem ample and modern. The bright blue cabinets with the classical approach brings drama to the space. The hues of blue merges with the white marble counter top and with the hint of mahogany wood for dining table.

The use of artificial lighting is not overpowering in the kitchen. The interiors of the kitchen and the rest of the apartment are flooded with natural light and views of the surrounding scenery thanks to the large windows. The kitchen makes the best use of all the wall space. The kitchen's bright blue cabinets and pink granular granite with white backsplash give the room a spacious, contemporary appearance. Drama is added to the room by the vivid blue cabinets and traditional design. The white marble countertop and the hints of mahogany wood in the dining table blend with the blue tones.

The apartment's master bedroom, which is at the far end, is gifted with a sizable window. A logical interplay of textures and patterns effectively fills the room. The walnut desk reaches out to enclose the wall with a charming simple look in its appearance. The wooden side table and the mirror's frame meld together. Now, the rear wall's backdrop for all of these components is a mixture of pastel teal and light tangerine. With the minimalist cupboards in front, more colour play is introduced on both sides of the bed, giving the room a distinctive vibrancy and intensity. A quintessential fusion is created by the interaction of all these colour schemes with walnut wood. Yet again, these timber surfaces are distinctive and easily fit into the intended aesthetic notion.

The kids' room, which is calm and cosy like the rest of the house, is located next to the master bedroom. However, colour does make an appearance—through accents, furniture, and art. The kids' room is stylish, timeless, and exudes positive energy. This is a significant play with wooden batten placed to enrich the surfaces around the area. The interaction of wooden battens placed against the furniture in an incredibly illusory way serves as the main focus. The desired elemental quality is added, and the area is filled with just the correct amount of intervention. The interior ambiance is not harmed by the groovy design of the ceiling, which comprises lights arranged in a grid for uniform lighting across the area.

Although it is a minimal setting, it has a maximalist spirit. Maximalism doesn't mean packed or congested, and minimalism doesn't mean harsh and sterile. The apartment is exquisitely balanced.
