The client's (Mr. DP Solanki) main request was for a large, open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 hall, 1 kitchen, 1 office, and a luxurious Jacuzzi bath area. The outside elevation design concept was maintained as a block design with Flex Stone and Concrete appearance. The clients desired an interior with a warm, relaxing, contemporary aesthetic with white tones. We want it to feel like a dream home and not just another ordinary abode, through accents and accessories, we were free to play around with different textures, patterns, and colours. An elevation of a modern bungalow.
 
The Responsibility to exercise different lay outing options for an easy and comfortable Interiors space was accomplished. A satisfying architectural layout and The Interiors were delivered as expected. Different materials and wall textures were Included in the Design. The Partition between the Living Room and Dining space was designed with Metal screens circles on pivots which can rotate and create drama. The Designs were developed in a way where the after maintenance is very low or negligible. Clean design lines and clutter free designs make the project very much sustainable. The freedom for different design thoughts was given. Thereby the staircase wall was given a different and unique texture by the use of plaster spatula. The Flooring materials were used distinguish to define the space and even the continuity was maintained. Overall, its been a great teamwork and experience in executing the dream project.
