This contemporary 3BHK apartment (1000sqft.) is envisioned by and designed by Studio K Architects. Located in the bustling city of Mumbai with a beautiful view of the airport, this home is a perfect example of eloquence and charm. The interiors are synonymous with modernity and make the perfect residence for a family of five and their pet.
The idea was to make every corner of the house express the individuality of its residents. To achieve this and give the home an avant-garde timeless look, the combinations of richest and deepest colours were finalised for the house. The complementarity of these shades exudes a certain richness in the appeal of the space. The tan leather sofa, in the living area was an add-on, enchanting its way to bring a pop of freshness to the home.
The dining area's contrasting black and white combination gave a subtle aesthetic appeal. These vibrant colours map out the characteristics of the home, suiting perfectly for the family that lives in it. The Jaipur rugs complete this definitive look by adding a luxurious touch to the interiors. Choosing the colour palette was a hence, carefully considered task, given the individuality of the residents.
Another alluring feature of this delightful home is the use of automation and modern technology for easing the life of the residents. Crestron Automation really made it easy for the residents to get complete control and automate the functioning of their home.
For a family of five, it was most important to efficiently utilize the available space without compromising on the look and feel of the house. The furniture designs and the spatial planning ensure just that. The kitchen space was extremely tight and hence an open kitchen was designed to work across the restraint and bring to the table (literally!) a breakfast counter.
