The Tropical Villa by Crenovate Designers

A beautiful villa on the outskirts of Hyderabad with breathtaking views of boulders all around. This Home is a perfect example of a peaceful sanctuary, a calm setting with abundant natural light and soft tones. As the main floor is situated at one level above the road level, one enters the home through the lower floor and is greeted with a formal lounge and a quiet study with statement furniture and lighting. The floor is flooded with natural light through the roof cutout which lights up the courtyard filled with tropical plants. 

On the main floor we connected the kitchen and the dining by demolishing part of the wall between them and adding a natural teak wood sliding partition with fluted glass. The kitchen is designed in soft tones of pastel green PU finished cabinetry and brass toned hardware. As the client was not very particular about storage we took this as an advantage and provided an open wooden shelf with brass accents which makes the kitchen look spacious and clutter free. Dining is the most vibrant space in the villa which consists of a Natural teakwood table with brass inlay and complimentary wicker chairs. The focal point in the dining room is the beautiful hand painted Pichwai painting in turquoise and metallic gold and silver tones. The sliding partition connects the kitchen and the breakfast nook which is perfect for the morning coffee! The living room is all about comfort and sophistication with a dusty pink L shaped lounger with brass accents, complementing grey armchairs and an intricate bone inlay coffee table against a white fluted back wall which serves as the perfect canvas. Each of the four rooms in the house has been designed with a unique character emulating different tastes of the end user. While the master suites are sophisticated and luxurious the kids and guest bedroom are kept very natural and colourful with the use of beautiful hand painted wallpapers. Every space in the villa is custom designed piece by piece as per the clients requirement be it lighting, the rug or the furniture which makes it unique, personalised and functional all at the same time.
