Tranquil Nest Situated on a site defined by its distinctive geometry and the presence of a mature jackfruit tree, this west-facing 3BHK villa was conceptualized as a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature. From the outset, their design approach was driven by a desire to maximize spatial efficiency, harness natural light, and create a home that responds sensitively to its surroundings. 

They envisioned an open-plan layout with double-height volumes, ensuring fluid connectivity across levels while fostering a sense of openness and lightness. A key feature of their design is the porous metal-fabricated façade, conceived as a breathing skin that allows a symbiotic interaction between the built form and the landscape. This element not only filters light and enhances privacy but also transforms the villa into a living canvas where architecture and greenery coexist. 

Rather than viewing the challenging site geometry as a constraint, they saw it as an opportunity to craft a home that is both contextually rooted and experientially rich. The signature jackfruit tree became integral to their design narrative, intertwining with the façade and dissolving the boundaries between inside and outside. The result is a modern, refined retreat—one that is deeply embedded in its setting while offering a tranquil and immersive living experience.
