Anantam – The House of Light

‘Anantam’ House embodies a harmonious fusion of nature and contemporary living. Its defining characteristic lies in the thoughtful incorporation of skylights and strategically positioned facade fenestrations, seamlessly bathing every corner in natural light. This interplay of light and shadow not only reduces reliance on artificial lighting but also establishes a constant connection to the outdoors, offering glimpses of the sky and stars after dusk. This design ethos not only underscores sustainability but also cultivates a tranquil and uplifting living atmosphere, rendering the Anantam House a sanctuary of serenity and experiential living.

The residence showcases the "Light-fall," which bathes the dining area and bridge in a cascade of natural light. The double-height living space fosters an open and airy ambiance, complemented by the modern sophistication of the inclined glass facade. These elements synergize to craft a visually arresting and inviting living space.

The elevation features an exposed RCC facade, accentuating the building's structural integrity. The textured finish of the yellow grit plaster infuses the exterior with depth and character, while the bold red Agra stone jali (screen) adds a touch of traditional refinement. Vertical landscaping elements further enhance the facade, imbuing it with greenery and natural allure. Collectively, these components yield an elevation design that is both visually striking and harmonious.

The red Agra stone parking screen not only injects a native burst of color but also serves a pragmatic function, facilitating ample light and ventilation in the area. This innovative use of materials enhances the visual appeal of the space while ensuring a comfortable environment for vehicles.

A focal point of the living room is a large circular opening in the wall, adding dimension and visual intrigue to the interior. This circular feature doubles as an art piece, enriching the room's ambiance and character.
