The homeowner’s son, frequently traveling between the States and home, required a versatile space. A wall bed transforms the room to handle a multitude of activities, from gaming to studying, while a dedicated desk space enhances productivity. Midnight blue and elm wood textures create a contemporary, sophisticated den that any young man would covet. The deck's sit-out area, adorned with Venetian blinds, adds a perfect retreat.

The common toilet steps away from the smooth curves of minimalism, embracing a bold fusion of rustic grey glazed tiles, white and chrome fittings, and dark laminates. This striking combination offers a compelling visual impact, elevating the space and providing guests with a unique, visually captivating experience.
