This 4,500 square-foot colonial-style home, designed by Montimers Architects, features a harmonious blend of minimal classical aesthetics and pastel tones, with pink as a focal color in each room. The client's preference for hues like pink, orange, purple, and similar shades guided the design throughout the house.

The foyer showcases a luxurious touch with shaped mirrors mounted on the wall, complemented by Italian marble and wooden beading on both the wall and ceiling. These elements not only enhance the opulence of the space but also make it appear larger. A dark marble and metal console table further accentuate the sophisticated look.

In the main living room, wainscoting on one wall and fluted glass provide both light flow and privacy between adjacent spaces. The highlight wall features Italian marble and a metal clock, balanced by a cement board wall design to create a minimal yet premium aesthetic. The room is equipped with designer wall fans, centralized AC, and track lighting for both functionality and style.

The house includes three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a bay window with blush pink upholstered cushions, cream acrylic wardrobes, and an upholstered headwall flanked by fluted teak wood panels and crystal pendant lights, creating a symmetrical and elegant focal point. The dressing room is outfitted with regalia shutters, champagne aluminum profiles, a bronze mirror, and a central dressing table. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi below floor level and glossy tiles for a luxurious feel, with vanity units made of PU-painted fluted panels and touch-sensor mirrors.

The other two bedrooms follow a similar simple design with cement board headwalls and fluted teak wood ceilings. Bay window seating is incorporated into the wardrobes, providing a cozy space for relaxation and enjoying an evening tea.
