Located along the Meerut-Muzaffarnagar Highway near Siwaya Toll, 3rd Milestone Luxury is designed as a modern restaurant and banquet complex. It aims to change how we think about leisure and celebration with its engaging architecture. The project combines practicality, beauty, and a thoughtful approach, bringing together buildings and landscape to create a smooth, immersive space for social events and dining.

The architecture focuses on honest materials and clear structure. The design uses a steel frame with exposed truss roofs and brick cladding. This approach showcases the construction and form effectively. The steel allows for large, open areas without columns, creating uninterrupted spaces that are perfect for banquets and community events. The brick exterior adds warmth and stability, connecting the project to its semi-urban surroundings.

The layout is divided into three main functional areas: the restaurant, which serves as a lively yet cozy dining spot; the toilet block, designed for efficiency while keeping a consistent material style; and the banquet hall with nearby cottages, which cater to both large gatherings and private retreats. Large truss roofs outline the banquet areas, while the smaller cottages provide guests with privacy, comfort, and a closer connection to the landscape.

Landscape design is essential in tying the built areas together. Courts, green buffers, and pathways flow through the site, allowing for a natural connection between spaces while improving visual and climate comfort. The blend of soft and hard elements creates an inviting journey across the site, where built and open areas interact continuously.

The interior features a rustic wooden theme, complementing the roughness of the brick and steel. Exposed wood textures, earthy colors, and handcrafted details soften the industrial look, creating a balanced atmosphere of elegance and warmth. The combination of steel, brick, and wood gives the architecture a timeless character that feels genuine, celebrates structure, and fosters an environment where dining, community, and celebration come together seamlessly.
