The Silhouette House is a thoughtfully designed residence that merges modern architectural elements with the surrounding natural environment, creating a tranquil and light-filled living space. At the heart of the house lies a double-height atrium, which acts as the central hub of the design. This space is crowned by a skylight crafted with GI (galvanized iron) frames and wooden panels. The skylight serves as both a functional and artistic element, flooding the atrium with natural light while creating dynamic patterns on the walls and floors throughout the day. The wooden slats, meticulously spaced, soften the harshness of direct sunlight and establish a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow, giving the home its name.

A sleek wooden staircase with floating treads leads from the ground floor to the upper level, becoming a sculptural centerpiece of the home. Its minimalistic design is complemented by a thin metal railing, which ensures openness without obstructing views or light flow. Positioned adjacent to the indoor garden and water feature, the staircase offers a moment of calm and connection as one ascends, blurring the line between the natural and built environments.

The material palette of the house is simple yet impactful, blending earthy tones and textures. Exposed concrete walls provide a raw, industrial aesthetic that contrasts beautifully with the warmth of the wooden elements used for the staircase, skylight panels, and furniture.
