Spanning 2,400 sq. ft., this four-bedroom apartment is a study in restrained luxury—where minimalism is not perceived as absence, but as a deliberate celebration of form, material and craftsmanship. Designed with a clear and focused brief, the residence reflects the client’s desire for a home where every element is purpose-built, with all furniture and key components crafted on site, including a fully customized modular kitchen.

From the moment one steps inside, the design language reveals itself through a muted palette, clean lines, and a careful orchestration of materials. The interplay of materials—wood, stone and fabric—creates a balanced composition that feels both grounded and contemporary. Soft neutrals form the base, layered with warm textures and subtle contrasts using commissioned artworks created by local artists that create depth without overwhelming the senses. The spatial flow is uninterrupted, allowing each zone to breathe while still feeling intimately connected.
