From the very first glimpse, B Haus reveals itself as a commanding presence — a 14,000 sq. ft. residence that stands as a testament to scale and elegance. Its core is defined by a triple-height volume, crowned with a cantilevered slab clad in thermopine wood — a bold architectural statement that anchors the design.

Entering through the wooden-clad gate, visitors are greeted by a striking mural wall, where a human figure appears to emerge from the surface. Adjacent glass panels, resembling sea waves above a bed of grass, pay homage to the client’s coastal roots. The residence offers two distinct entry points. The primary route leads visitors beneath the cantilevered drawing room, past a majestic tree set within the triple-height core, before arriving at the grand main door. The secondary entrance from the stilt-floor parking area opens into the lift lobby. Both entrances feature identical Celestine stone-clad doors with brass accents, reinforcing the home's cohesive design language.

The stilt floor unfolds as a functional yet inviting space, with a lift lobby clad in Patagonia quartzite, complemented by a brass-finished lift and a statement glass chandelier. A white Panda marble staircase, bordered by fluted wooden panelling and a solid wooden railing with designer veneer, draws the eye upward. The floor accommodates practical spaces such as a home office, gym, steam room, and swimming pool.

Ascending to the first floor, the foyer introduces brass butterfly accents and a console table. The adjacent drawing room features a grand U-shaped floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the road, inviting natural light to cascade across the interiors. Behind the foyer, the dining space centers around a stunning 10-seater green quartzite table. One side opens to the lift and staircase, while the opposite side reveals a captivating double-height sit-out — the residence’s beating heart.

This sit-out is a sanctuary of light and nature, enriched by a mesmerizing stone mural crafted from granite and marble pieces in a tropical motif. An island-like ambiance is achieved with a green mound, white pebbles, and origami birds delicately perched. Above, spiralling bird sculptures ascend from the mural to the wooden ceiling, completing the poetic composition. Inspired by Hamsala Deevi, the client’s coastal hometown, this space is flooded with natural light throughout the day — a distinctive design feature that reduces the need for artificial lighting well into the evening.

The living area overlooks the sit-out, fostering a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The dining space is further enriched with a designer washbasin and a mirror from White Domus. The powder room surprises with a bold Bisazza glass mosaic panel. The parents' bedroom embraces a neutral palette with designer veneer accents, while the attached washroom channels a retro-inspired aesthetic with distinctive patterns and fittings.

This floor also houses dry and wet kitchens, a pantry, and utility areas. The dry kitchen’s standout feature is an island counter finished in Patagonia quartzite and white Panda marble, enhanced by beige cabinetry with gold-profile glass doors — a blend of function and sophistication.

The second floor centers around a family lounge overlooking the double-height sit-out. An elevated Puja space takes prominence here, with wooden pillars, a brass tree accent, and a marble backdrop lending a spiritual aura. The master suite — encompassing a master den, opulent washroom, walk-in wardrobe, and pool-facing balcony — lies just beyond the lounge defined by a soothing palette of peach, red, and wooden flooring. The master suite’s washroom stands out with a handcrafted marble backdrop running floor to ceiling behind the washbasin, paired with a standalone bathtub and gold CP fittings.

Two additional bedrooms for the client's sons flank the Puja space. The younger son’s room presents a bold black-and-blue palette with ombre-finish walls, while the elder son’s room features warm wooden tones, a plush headboard, and black back-painted glass. A wallpaper resembling a city map and a skyline motif on the washroom's blinds complete the elder son’s space.

The third floor is designed for leisure and social gatherings, featuring a bar lounge, home theatre, guest bedroom, and terrace decks. The Santorini-inspired guest bedroom showcases textured walls, blue accents, and neutral wooden flooring, with a wardrobe featuring single-line artwork by an artist. The bar lounge combines grey lime-plaster ceilings, white Corian finishes, and green handmade tiles. The sculptural bar unit flows organically from ceiling to floor, highlighted by a flex light installation and surrounded by green and white pebbles — a statement center piece for the floor.

The home theatre embraces a futuristic design language, while the terrace offers two inviting seating decks. One deck features a circular skylight, a lotus-inspired mural, and lush greenery — an idyllic relaxation spot. The second deck, designed for party buffets, is defined by a stone backdrop wall and a pergola that completes the elegant outdoor setting.
