They were approached by the client who is also a childhood friend to design a vacation home which should be pleasant to stay for short or long term, hence homely, and aesthetically of a specific architectural style. Also, keeping costs in control was one of the major concerns for the client. Hence after discussion, Greek style homestay was finalized.
