Cap-Index, a sophisticated office space in Calicut, Kerala, is designed by Creatabar Interior Architecture to promote innovation and collaboration in the financial sector. It caters to stockbrokers, financial advisors, and wealth managers, balancing functionality with elegance to enhance workflow, communication, and client trust.

Every detail is meticulously crafted to enhance workflow efficiency and foster seamless communication, while projecting refined elegance that wins the trust and confidence of the clients. Upon entering, the visitors are welcomed by the reception area on the left which includes the executive zone. It provides a private space for investment discussions.

Behind the reception desk, the signage is crafted in brass finish to convey a sense of professionalism and commitment to quality. The reception desk is finished with a cement texture. The executive zone's sofas are made of Chesterfield material in shades from tan to blue. VDF Flooring is used throughout the office space to make the floor appear as seamless as possible. Carpet flooring is used in certain areas to indicate space division.

The area across the executive zone is the workspace zone. The custom planter design feature at the entrance creates a visual interest. With Barrisol lighting mimicking the gentle glow of sunlight, it creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The interiors of the workspace have a color palette that projects a subtle imagery of the forest. It reflects the earthy tones of green and oak, with a hint of sophistication from the grey cement-textured walls. From meeting rooms to collaborative workstations, a variety of spaces are designed to encourage interaction and idea exchange among team members. Due to open-plan workspaces and glass-walled meeting rooms, acoustic panels are provided to give a discreet yet effective solution for creating a greater sense of privacy and confidentiality.

The trading room features cutting-edge technology and ergonomic workstations, complemented by breakout areas for brainstorming. There is also a small library nook designated for relaxation, that evokes a homely feeling due to the furniture being crafted from cane material. Venturing upstairs, the training space is equipped with a collapsible partition. This feature serves a dual purpose, allowing flexible spatial needs, and seamless transitions between different activities. Inspired by traditional Majlis seating, there is an amphitheater seating on this floor. It provides a comfortable and communal setting for informal meetings or a resting space after work. Also, a dining and buffet area where staff can gather over meals, encouraging social connections and fellowship. Adjacent to the dining space, a separate prayer hall for both men and women is provided.

Magnetic track lights are provided throughout the office space. The presence of planters in the office creates a sense of connection to the natural world and also has a positive impact on employee productivity and creativity. By combining functional design and aesthetic appeal, an environment is created that not only meets the demanding requirements of stockbroking, financial advisory etc. but also elevates the overall experience of both the Cap-Index’s team and clients, making them feel valued and inspired.
