This modern contemporary house was designed with a clear focus: to create a maintenance-free yet visually rich home. To achieve this, we used a full tile wall cladding sys , developing striking rectangular patterns—both small and large—creating different patterns and forms that add rhythm and movement to every space. The overall palette is grounded in black and white, enhanced by two soft pastel colors—sky blue and light green—and complemented by the warmth of American walnut natural veneer. The flooring combines Indian natural marble in bold grey and black patterns with plain artificial tiles in white, sky blue, and pista green, creating a dynamic yet balanced foundation. The blend of natural and artificial materials ensures durability without sacrificing elegance.

Each room carries a distinct atmosphere: the Master Bedroom features calming sky blue cladding, while the Parents' Bedroom uses light green for a fresh, inviting feel. In the common areas, the space is subtly divided— light green energizes the dining area, ideal for its connection to the kitchen, while sky blue brings relaxation to the living room. These zones are unified with plain white tiles and silver grey Indian stone, maintaining a seamless visual flow while preserving each area’s individuality.

Every room follows a thoughtful layering— bed back wall with a pastel shade and the adjacent wall is in a darker tone with the rhythmic rectangular patterns —offering depth and character without overwhelming the senses.

Overall, the house feels cohesive yet vibrant, where layered patterns, soft colors, and natural textures work together to create a fluid, sophisticated living experience that is both maintenance-free and emotionally engaging.
