The locality is an averagely populated residential area on the outskirts of the city. The structure faces the southern side, with the road running to the east of the residence. The residence is designed as a perfect home for a family of five.
The ground floor comprises a sit-out area, offering a close connection to the beauty of the landscaping. It also includes a formal and family living and dining space designed with the concept of tropical modernism. This concept is reflected in the choice of colors and furniture used in the interiors. The area is spacious and can be considered a gathering space for functions, as per the client's request. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with attached baths, a kitchen, work area, and a storage space on the ground floor, all designed in a minimalist concept.

The choice of materials complements the concept of tropical modernism, with exposed brick cement walls, jali work, and a sloping roof, adding the perfect finishing touch to the concept.
