This spacious and airy 1440 Sq. ft apartment E 702 targets a minimalist design statement. Inspired by keeping in mind the client’s liking for neutral tones with less splash of colour and love for wood and veneer throughout the house. It is a perfect blend of modern design with a hint of striking bold colours to accentuate the palette. Keeping in mind these aspects, we went around the design process by maintaining a sense of tranquillity, free-flowing spaces, and the use of minimal materials in different forms and elements across the house.

We took advantage of the generous inflow of natural light by creating a design with soft curves and a soothing material palette in subtle tones of beige and cream with a rhythmic play throughout. The beauty of the main door is enhanced with the square concrete tile texture with a blend of elegant metal jaali. The entrance sitting is the space we absolutely need. Creating a warm entry experience along with the full height rattan sheet cabinet as shoe rack with an open shelf along with inbuilt planter and sitting with inlay of stone top.

The living room with its neutral palette and clean lines combined to create a soothing vibe to form decluttered space. The TV unit is thoughtfully designed that provides a rational space planning to accommodate a tabla, lamp, remote control devices and magazine rack. The vertical grooves and the stone inlay on top crafted to achieve the perfect proportions for a desired outcome. While selecting the upholstery we opted for Lighter colours and fabrics for spaces to make them look much brighter.

Each and every piece of furniture is perfectly curated to emphasize the client’s requirement for comfort and uniqueness. The Dining table with stone textured tile inlay perfectly complements the elegance of the dining chairs. The sliding door plays a vital role in converting the daughter’s bedroom into master bedroom whenever needed. The Daughter’s bedroom was based on creating a space that energizes and uplifts the mood of the young user. A subtle story of the white enthusiast that worked classy with clean bold edges of every element, while a curved huge mirror with black profile is an eye-catching element in the bedroom. The Vanity stands bold with grey subway tiles rooted with serene demeanour.
