Set on a 2,200 sq. ft. plot with a built-up area of 3,160 sq. ft., this residence in Thiruvencherry, Chennai, embodies a contemporary approach to modern living. Defined by clean lines, minimalist aesthetics, and functional spaces, the home is designed as a serene retreat tailored to the client’s lifestyle. The plan interweaves the concept of a villa dedicated to the client’s private living with an additional rentable portion, both enjoying separate entrances for privacy.

The villa side offers thoughtfully curated features, including an extended living room seamlessly opening to the outdoors, a striking double-height space adjoining the staircase, outdoor seating areas, skylights, and private balconies that enhance natural light and ventilation. An extended deck connects the hall and dining area through wide openable glass doors, further accentuated by intricately designed M.S. patterns that provide both safety and an ever-changing play of light.
