This farmhouse has been planned with a centrally concentrated approach with an emphasis on integrating a country vibe to the existing piece of land, along with amenities like a gymnasium.

This farmhouse is intended to bring a touch of the countryside into an urban setting because it is situated around the foothills of the Kumaon region. To be able to achieve an opulent, flamboyant interior with the countryside vibe, the requirements were refreshingly simple. The proposed interior was supposed to feel more rustic because of its setting among gorgeous flora. The request for a more subtle and realistic style was first put forth, and it resulted in the modern yet rustic ambiance that pervaded the entire structure.

"To have an earthy and understated home with two bedrooms that are finished in natural tones and a double-height square living area for private gatherings." Being able to design and decorate multifunctional spaces that are suited to a countryside lifestyle as well as finished in natural wood, stone, and terracotta hues is important because it establishes the earthy, minimalist aesthetic for the rest of the space.

Designed with amenities including a gym and a centrally concentrated living sunk with an emphasis on incorporating a rustic feel, a natural stone palette was taken into consideration. The client is eager to partner with a qualified interior design and architecture team to create a considerably larger than the average countryside farmhouse suitable and aligned as per the urban neighbourhood.

The facade exhibits a blend of natural stone finishes, inclusive of polished to lappato Jaisalmer stone, along with marble chip pint, and a gabion boundary wall that adds aesthetics as well as adds to the structure complementing the natural surrounding of the place too.

The entrance features Jaisalmer stone steps and imposing vertical columns supporting a gabled roof. The house opens with a magnificent teak wood entrance that opens into a double-height drawing room with leather furnishings and a flex stone wall, further linking it to the sunken lobby space. A stunning chandelier hangs over the space's sunken sitting area, which is connected to a dining hall positioned in the heart of an imperial staircase. The first floor lobby is reached by the majestic staircase, which has chess pawn-inspired railings made of exquisitely carved black stone.

The main floor includes a drawing room, a sunken lobby, a dining area, a kitchen, and two bedrooms: the master bedroom and the parent's bedroom, for the convenience of both the young couple and the elderly. There are three bedrooms on the second floor: a guest bedroom, a daughter's bedroom, and a son's bedroom. There is also a giant bull's eye window in the hallway with Jaisalmer stone cladding that adds a beautiful splash of colour to the interior.

The daughter's bedroom has Jaisalmer flooring and a double-height gabled roof. Veneer, wallpaper, wall paint, and internal doors carved from real teakwood are just a few of the embellishments that give this gorgeous bedroom the perfect sheen. Son's bedroom has a lot of character thanks to its essential ceiling design and brass-inlaid kadappa flooring. Every room has been carefully planned to accommodate the entire family. The living sink, dining room and master bedroom are all immediately connected to the garden area by a multi-coloured terrazzo walkway, making them stand out visually.

Along with a lawn with a variety of trees and plants, the property features a garage, a gym, and a spiral staircase. Wall paints, brick cladding, laminates, and warm timber furniture finishes contrast with natural kadappa, kota, and jaisalmer stone floors in the interior of the house.
