The House of Linear Lines by SPAN Architects embodies a contemporary and refined design philosophy, aligning with the client's vision of a home infused with a neutral, beige palette. Conceptually, the project draws inspiration from its picturesque surroundings, emphasizing maximum views of the nearby farmlands. To achieve this, the design incorporates multiple levels and terraces that open up towards the farmland, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The elevation of the house is the most iconic feature, with its clean lines and use of natural materials. Travertine tile cladding defines the façade, imparting a sense of elegance and warmth to the structure. Large openings and double-height spaces create a dramatic presence while allowing ample natural light to flood the interiors. The exterior seamlessly integrates with the landscaped garden, where the living room walks out into a serene green space, further enhancing the connection with nature.

Upon entering, the house reveals a series of carefully designed spaces that flow into one another, creating an open and airy environment. The heart of the home is the double-height living area, a grand space filled with natural light through expansive windows. The beige tones continue inside, establishing a calm and neutral backdrop complemented by custom furniture pieces that add to the modern and chic aesthetic.

The dining area, adjacent to the living room, features similar double-height openings, fostering a sense of grandeur and openness. This fluidity extends towards the garden, offering an indoor-outdoor living experience that resonates with the natural surroundings. Each room, from the bedrooms to the upper-level terraces, follows this design language, ensuring visual cohesion throughout the house.
