Designed for a tech-savvy couple and their daughter, this residence harmoniously incorporates laterite from Kerala, creating a unique, visually stunning structure.

Discover the essence of this residential marvel—a three-bedroom haven on a 5-cent west-facing plot. With a semi closed kitchen, dining space, and a double-height living room, this project redefines urban living while embracing the beauty of exposed laterite construction. The architectural narrative revolves around exposed laterite construction, marrying tradition with a modern exterior. The three-bedroom layout, featuring a closed kitchen, dining area, and a double-height living room, reflects a thoughtful approach to space utilization.

The master bedroom steals the spotlight with a generously sized bay window, offering panoramic views. The kid's room boasts a mezzanine floor for play and study, fostering a dynamic environment for the young resident. The guest bedroom, adorned with a balcony overlooking the picturesque west sunset, becomes an idyllic retreat. Explore distinctive architectural elements, from the elegance of the mahogany wood and steel staircase to the captivating vistas from the guest bedroom's balcony. The design seamlessly weaves functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The flooring, a canvas of vitrified tiles, complements the exposed laterite, while the interior and joinery showcase the warmth of full teak wood. The staircase, a stunning feature crafted from mahogany wood and steel, adds a touch of sophistication.

The closed kitchen is a marvel of practicality, adorned with PVC laminate finishes and a nano white counter. The design addresses every need, featuring ample storage and a height-adjustable platform, ensuring accessibility for individuals of all statures. A dedicated island counter stands as a focal point, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.

Embracing eco-friendly practices, the residence promotes open planning, encouraging cross ventilation and ample natural lighting through strategically placed skylights. The semi-open roof-covered terrace serves dual purposes—a dance haven and a space for traditional Kalaripayattu practice.
