Set in a calm locality of Pathanamthitta,'Kurumpil Gardens' residence spans across a plot area of 17426 sq ft. Designed by Natures craft Architectural Studio the house can be de- scribed as a contemporary shell with an ethnic soul. By extracting the maximum from the context of site conditions and client requirements, Open planning was adopted as the main design notion. Spaces are shaped and designed around the central courtyard in such a way that the courtyard acts as the heart of the building providing adequate lighting and ventilation.
