The design of this 3000 S.ft residence reflects the personality of our clients - simple, warm, and deeply connected to their cultural roots. As we spoke with them and understood their lifestyle and tastes, a unique design style began to take shape - one that was created just for them.

Natural light plays a key role in the space, bringing out the beauty of the materials: Kota stone floors paired with patterned tiles, solid wood details, and touches of brass. These elements come together to create a home that feels both natural and elegant.

Much of the furniture was custom-designed and built on site. Pieces like the foyer unit and TV console were made with care and close attention to detail. The clients wanted to use color, but in a soft and subtle way - and that’s exactly what makes this residence special. It uses earthy tones and natural textures to bring warmth without feeling loud or overwhelming.

Finally, indoor plants were always part of the vision. Both the clients and our team agreed that greenery was essential, and adding just the right amount of it gave the home its finishing touch - bringing life, freshness, and a sense of calm throughout.

The foyer was thoughtfully designed to avoid overcrowding, given the limited space available. The unit serves a dual purpose - offering both functionality and a warm, inviting welcome to the home. Distinctive design elements, such as fabric-inlaid drawer shutters and a low-maintenance countertop, make this foyer unit a standout feature.

The foyer also offers a subtle glimpse into the living room while still preserving a sense of privacy.

Bathed in natural sunlight throughout the day, the living room provided the perfect canvas for material exploration. The combination of Kota stone flooring and Athangudi tiles anchors the space, harmonizing the earthy tones and textures to bring the room to life.
