Loggia - a stunning residence that seamlessly blends traditional Kerala design elements with modern materials and aesthetics. The project is located in a serene and tranquil environment, designed to offer a calm and minimal atmosphere with ample natural light and ventilation.

The design of Loggia draws inspiration from the semi-vernacular Kerala style of architecture. It features traditional elements such as sloping roofs, thick walls, and open courtyards that promote natural ventilation and cooling. However, the design also incorporates modern elements and materials such as sleek lines, minimalist furnishings, and the use of contemporary materials like steel and glass, which elevate the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

The interior spaces of the residence are designed to offer a sense of simplicity and order, with neutral colors, uncluttered spaces, and carefully selected materials and furnishings. The large windows and skylights allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation and rejuvenation.
