A metro apartment has been designed to cater to the diverse needs and comforts of a family of four, comprising a husband, wife, daughter, and son, both individually and collectively. The residence prioritizes high-space utility and functionality. In conversation with the family, it became evident that, given their affectionate nature, they enjoy hosting gatherings for family and friends at their previous home. They expressed their intention to continue this tradition in their new residence.

Walls in this area were done in a dual colour setup with a desert dream finish for the walls and Absolute white for the mouldings and the ceiling creating a subtle drama. Marble textures with dark wood and a hint of brushed gold finishes with planned lighting completes the entire room making it ready either for a party space or a serene family room.

The flutes on the pelmet and on the cabinet/door’s glazing connects each other in its own way. Adding to it, depth of the Dark fabric textured wallpaper blending with the wall colour with frosted wall lights to each side encapsulates one’s eye. The custom draping is also done in a 2-tone setup with far darker coffee shade at the bottom side dividing the upper drape with a single opulent black velvet stripe.

The efficient parallel kitchen follows the 2-tone setup with beige and coffee tones separated by a long slab of crema gold quartz with east Indian rosewood texture within the cook-book library niches. A final touch of rose gold finish for the faucets and fluted glass shutter framing. Together it forms a deluxe composition for the foodie couple.

Making a connect with the opulence of the living area, the desert dream colour seeps its way in to the Master’s room walls completely with walnut finishes, damask self-print wallpaper and walnut laminate flooring creating a luxurious yet a humble personal space for the owners. The statement of the walk-in wardrobe with its clear glazed brushed gold aluminium shutters and Irish crème finish laminate shutters enhances the setup to sublime quality.

The balcony is completed with a Christina Ficus plant in a minimal white English print planter which peeks itself in to the space making it the first thing one sees along with the view after waking up from the bed. Here the light beige 100% blackout custom draping follows 2 black velvet pinstripes at the bottom side uplifting the luxury of the space by keeping it minimal.

Like every furniture in the house, elements of this room are also following the same design principal of rounded edges enhancing the movement on the floor. With stark midnight blue and dove grey finishes the room stands out energetic making it the power house space for their son. The blue soft velvet soft furnished bed with white statuario texture encased in brushed gold finish on the bed back connects with the opulence running thought the house.

This room is the only monochromatic room of the house in which Irish crème finish is layered throughout the walls, ceiling & the wardrobe shutters with sand oak laminate wood flooring giving It a true minimal style interior.

Planning the odd sized toilet in the best efficient way giving a triangle formation and making use of the total space, the function has stepped up in the space. Finished in Armani marble texture + black gold marble texture PGV 4’x2’ tiles with French gold fixtures the toilet gives an ultimate experience. Each toilet space we design is loaded with both a exhaust and ceiling fan for the best comfort.

The veined black and white toilet was designed especially for the children’s rough and tough usage with safety features like thermostat of each shower and basin faucet. Like the rest of the toilets the floor traps are all tile insert traps for best drainage, pest control and aesthetic reasons.

The powder toilet in a Toronto grey marble finish throughout with a tear drop shaped basin is kept at par with the stunning vibes of the living-dining area.

The main door shutter is made in 4 panel shutter stye in walnut finish complementing the indoor living space. The safety door is finished in black gloss Duco paint finish. And for the name plate, single cut letters in brushed gold finish and its wall in in an earthy beige tone was chosen as the base for the luxe entrance of the home. The shoe storage unit is dressed in a brush gold crown with tan leather seats for utility with a 6ft high raphis palm towering in a red tone planter welcoming one to the grandness of the space within.
