The clients are simple people with a classic taste. They wanted their house to reflect their simple and modest lifestyle. A home that is unassuming and the one that talks about their liking for simple yet elegant palette. 

A tranquil realm, the residence of Mrs. Patel observes a soothing design through the use of materials, textures, and colours. Each area opening to the long balcony filled with planters offers nothing but fresh air with a view of greens and the skies beyond. 

One enters in the foyer behind which is planned the office for this residence. The planning of common areas is kept clutter-free which is rather defined by a long wall finished in Siporex for a visual continuum. This wall becomes the chic highlight of these areas which are balanced by delicate details. Formal living, dining, informal seating and the kitchen follow a monochromatic palette, with minimal furniture design to cater to the needs. The fluted glass partition with brass edging seen between the dining and living area is designed in a way for allowing a flexible layout. It adds a character through the choice of materials, to the otherwise minimal space. The ceilings are intended to be basic. However, the circular motif above the dining table is placed to create an interesting pause.
