This architectural and interior project represents a labor of love from team Swath. Despite the compact plot size of 30X50, they have created a luxurious villa for a family of three in Yelahanka, located in the northern parts of Bangalore. Our design ethos revolves around a timeless theme, selecting materials that define luxury and can withstand the test of time.

Project N170, a G+3 structure features the homeowners' residence on the second floor. The key materials used include quartzite for the flooring, marble for the facade, teak wood as a prominent feature, and brass accents. The strategically placed elongated windows provide glimpses from the living spaces into the exteriors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor environments.

Despite the challenges posed by site conditions, Project N170 is a piece of gratitude where they have delivered a promising house that shows how efficient planning, optimal light and air, and the right choice of materials can transform a space into the clients' dream home.
