Nestled in the heart of Brookfield, Bengaluru, a remarkable residence emerges from a thoughtfully designed site measuring 60x120 feet. This elegant home, steeped in Vastu principles and aesthetic depth, showcases a harmonious blend of functionality and beauty.

The strategic site plan positions the main mass of the house towards the southwest and west corners, optimizing space and ensuring a seamless integration with the surroundings. In contrast, the landscaped areas occupy the north and east sides, inviting generous natural light into the living spaces and promoting an uplifting ambiance throughout the home.

Boasting a total built-up area of 8,880 square feet (825 square meters), the design unfolds over four distinct grids, meticulously laid out across all floors. The ground floor is compartmentalized as follows: the first grid features an inviting entrance foyer and outdoor parking; the second grid encompasses the living room and a staircase that connects the entirety of the home; the third grid houses the dining area along with essential services such as the powder room and server room; while the final grid includes a kitchen strategically placed in the southeast, adhering to Vastu guidelines, complemented by a bedroom in the southwest.
