Concept note on the project- This building is the single ownership corporate office. The office building for the Shanti group which characterizes new strategies for a flexible, column-free space using latest construction technologies known as PT slab. Established in 2010, the Shanti group is a leading construction firm of Gujarat delivering technical excellence in building design. 

The office is housed in a five-storied building with a basement that crafts a distinctive identity for itself within its immediate urban context. The front and back facades are an expanse of exposed concrete punctuated by the measured use of wooden operable sun shading system (louvers) on north and south. There is a service core on back side of the building and openings on the other three sides. 

The interiors echo the character of the architectural design and intent of the building. Staying true to context, the materials and finishes are kept raw and natural – devoid of any cosmetic layering. Most of the ceilings and walls are done in exposed concrete, offering an industrial feel to the spaces inside. Vibrant colors are added via textiles in interiors to Boost Creativity, Happiness, and Productivity.
