Struzon is conceived as a contemporary commercial landmark that merges architectural clarity with sculptural expression. The design balances fluid curves with a strong rectilinear framework, creating a dynamic interplay between softness and structure.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances transparency and natural light, while warm wooden cladding and flowing forms establish a distinctive visual identity. A curved overhang and recessed terrace add depth, shading, and environmental efficiency.

Overall, the building presents a refined yet impactful presence, defined by lightness, movement, and modern elegance.

The project is driven by the concept of Flowing Connectivity, where movement, interaction, and focus seamlessly coexist. This idea is expressed through continuous circulation paths, soft curves in spatial elements, and uninterrupted visual connections across the workspace.

A neutral palette of whites and greys forms a calm and minimal base, while accents of blue, orange, and red introduce energy and define functional zones. The open workstation forms the core, promoting collaboration, while enclosed spaces are positioned to maintain privacy without disrupting spatial continuity. Lighting plays a pivotal role in reinforcing the concept, with linear and circular fixtures reflecting the language of flow and subtly guiding movement. Glass partitions enhance openness, allowing light to permeate while maintaining functional separation.

The result is a contemporary workspace that balances efficiency with experience—an environment where spatial planning, materiality, and lighting come together to create a fluid, cohesive, and engaging workplace.

The informal meeting lounge creates a relaxed environment for casual meetings and interactions. Soft seating and an open layout encourage collaboration, flexibility, and idea exchange.

The training room is designed for group sessions and presentations, with a layout that supports clear visibility and interaction. It offers flexibility for various learning and discussion formats.

The circulation core connects all spaces through a clear and efficient layout, ensuring smooth movement while organizing the overall spatial hierarchy of the workspace.

The material palette of the workspace is defined by a balanced combination of neutral tones and bold accents, creating a modern and dynamic environment. A base of off-white walls, a grey exposed ceiling, and light grey carpet tiles establishes a calm and minimal backdrop. This is complemented by white laminate workstations, beige storage units, and ergonomic seating in white and grey, ensuring a clean and cohesive look.

Vibrant accents in royal blue, burnt orange, and rust red introduce energy and visual identity across panels and feature elements. Glass partitions with black metal frames maintain openness while defining spaces, enhanced by subtle graphic films. Linear LED lighting, circular ring fixtures, and a sculptural red pendant add both functionality and visual interest, while matte finishes and touches of indoor greenery complete the space with warmth and contrast.
