SUKOON, meaning peace and tranquility, is envisioned as a serene family residence set amidst the elevated landscape of Wayanad. The design embraces an open-layout philosophy, allowing spaces to flow freely while carefully maintaining visual and functional privacy for each family member.

The residence is planned to maximize natural light, encourage constant air movement, and enable effective cross-ventilation, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. The layout responds sensitively to the site’s height and surrounding context, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The architectural language follows a modern contemporary style, characterized by clean lines, balanced proportions, and refined material selection. A sophisticated palette of black, white, and warm wood tones, accented with royal blue highlights, establishes a bold yet elegant identity. Large openings, open-to-sky elements, and well-positioned fenestrations enhance daylight penetration and frame views of the natural surroundings, while maintaining a bright, airy, and welcoming atmosphere.
