This residence was designed to mirror the calm yet celebratory nature of dusk. Our goal was to recreate that moment of stillness and awe within the interiors, infusing the space with colors and textures that feel both grounding and uplifting. The inspiration for this home was twofold. First, the calming sunset view over Saulkere Lake became an anchor for the design—a daily reminder of stillness and beauty that set the tone for the entire space.

Second, the home is a confluence of different generations, each bringing their own identity and energy. The space needed to resonate with varied sensibilities. This layered family dynamic inspired a design language that is both timeless and adaptive—balancing modern functionality with familiar warmth, and clean lines with nostalgic accents. The result is a home that feels personal, peaceful, and deeply connected to both its surroundings and its people.

By opening up the kitchen to the living and dining areas, we created an expansive, flowing space ideal for hosting — one of the clients' top priorities. This layout fosters connection and continuity across the public zones of the home. As designers of personal spaces, our goal is to craft homes that beautifully reflect the personality of their owners while balancing design aesthetics with everyday functionality. Each space may serve a unique purpose, but together, they must come together to tell a cohesive, well-curated story.
