We began this journey with a blank canvas—a rare opportunity where design could evolve purely from the lifestyle, aspirations, and personality of the client. The brief given to us was minimal yet profound: to deliver a masterpiece of grandeur. From that single line emerged a vision to craft a residence that was not only massive in scale but also deeply rooted in elegance, calmness, and contemporary living.

The site itself was a gift. Located close to a hill, it offered breathtaking viewpoints that became the natural inspiration for our design. With roads on three sides, the plot opened up possibilities for us to extend the building’s visual and spatial character far beyond conventional layouts. This advantage allowed us to design an elevation that feels commanding and expansive, while also ensuring that most spaces inside the house capture framed glimpses of the surrounding landscape and the serene hill backdrop.

Our approach was to create a residence that embodies maximum in every dimension—scale, openness, natural light, luxury, and detail. At the same time, we wanted the spaces to exude a sense of calmness and serenity, allowing the family to retreat from the fast pace of life into a home that feels both rich and restful. The design language therefore balances royalty with restraint, combining bold proportions and lavish material palettes with carefully curated details and warm spatial experiences.

The architectural expression leans towards the contemporary, yet it does not shy away from embracing grandeur. Tall volumes, generous spread of spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections highlight the openness, while intricate details in finishes and bespoke design elements add layers of richness. Each space within the home has been consciously crafted to resonate with the family’s aspirations—spaces for gathering, entertaining, reflecting, and celebrating life.

What truly defines this house is the way luxury and intimacy coexist.
