The World Crest Residence stands proud as a centerpiece of Mumbai’s skyline. This contemporary design combines the energetic aspect of the city with its tranquil environment. With a design that focused on creating sanctuary, this 2,700 sq. ft. home offers a warm, spacious, calming escape. The home combines the energy of city life with a serene, spacious sanctuary character.

The concept was to create a space that seamlessly incorporates flow without defined barriers. The home offers intricate design that provides spaces that feel intimate while modern. The home is flooded with natural sunlight from the floor to ceiling windows providing sweeping views of the city.

The living room and dining area provides a warm inviting feel. These spaces offer room for evening family relaxation or event gatherings. The home offers rich materials including hand-crafted glass from Jaipur artisans. Subtle brass inlays throughout the home provide a reflective light sheen that enhances the beauty of the home.

This flexibility continues into the den, which easily shifts from a cozy lounge into a creative studio, enhanced by a top-tier Genelac surround sound system for immersive experiences.

Even the building’s design restrictions became opportunities for innovation. With dry walls being mandatory, every choice — from acoustically treated wallpapers to customised bedding — was made to ensure the home remains peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The colour palette transitions gently across the home — energising tones for the communal areas and softer hues for private spaces, creating a natural rhythm that supports how the family lives and feels.

Touches of art and craft bring soul to the interiors — a handcrafted Lako Lako mandir, artwork from Designera and OLuxury, and fine detailing across textiles and finishes add depth and emotion to the home’s character.

In every detail, The World Crest Residence reflects the spirit of modern living — elegant yet effortless, refined yet warm.
