THIRIKE is a contemporary four-bedroom residence designed on a compact 9.7-cent plot, where efficient planning transforms site constraints into opportunities. Inspired by Kerala's architectural heritage, the home blends modern aesthetics with climate-responsive design. Large glass openings, traditional clay-tiled roofs, and natural materials maximize daylight, ventilation, and thermal comfort while creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The heart of the home is a private pool with an expansive deck, envisioned as a flexible gathering space for family celebrations, small events, and Airbnb experiences.
